Week of Oct 19, 2026 — Your Genie Sleeps When Idle & Terminal Tabs Survive a Reload

Your Genie can now rest when you're not using it, so you're not paying for a server that sits idle, and your terminal picks up right where you left off after a reload.

Genie Web App

New

  • Your Genie sleeps when idle, and wakes when you need it — When you step away, your Genie can go to sleep instead of running (and costing money) around the clock. Your chats stay visible while it rests, a Wake now button brings it back in one tap, and just sending a message wakes it up and delivers your message automatically.

Improved

  • Terminal tabs survive a reload — Refreshing the page now brings back the same terminal sessions, with whatever you were running still there, instead of opening fresh empty ones. Duplicating a browser tab still gives you its own separate terminal.
